How can I estimate the tax amount for my NY state Coop closing if I am a non resident?

Hi, my name is ***** ***** I can help. Are you asking about the real estate taxes paid by a coop? On the closing documents the coop fees for the year should be prorated to the buyer and seller and at the end of the year the coop should be able to tell you how much of its fees went to real estate taxes.
