It pertains to a Voluntary Disclosure Application that is still being reviewed but conderned about the application being denied. The VDP application has already been submitted with all information required. CRA reponded with an acknowledgemet letter and issuing an Effective Disclosure Date. They said they haven't yet decided if the application meets all the 5 validity conditions and are still assessing but have all the information needed for the application process. Now a couple more information were discovered and submitted after receiving the EDD and sunbmitted. The concern now is because these additional information was after the EDD does it make the already submitted application invalid or considered incomplete and could possibly make them deny the whole VDP application for that. … read more
