Sorry for my late response!I am looking to immigrate, so I will give you some details about myself. I am 25, by that time 26, from the Netherlands, with a high school diploma (no studies unfortunately). I tend to think I write and speak fluent English (no French) and I earn between 45000 and 55000 CAD a year (plus decent savings, since I’ve been putting a few thousand aside each month for half a year now).I have 9 years of experience in hospitality as in not only my home country (Netherlands), but also in Greece and Spain for seasonal work (with one season as a manager, but all of these jobs weren’t “official”, so I’m hesitant to know if I could use that work experience on my resume). Additionally, I have been bar manager for 4 years at a football stadium as well, however these hours where on a 0 hour contract, meaning I didn’t have the fulltime work experience in those 4 years. And with covid, some weeks I would work 0 hours, some I would work 25, etc.From last november I started working fulltime as a floormanager at a restaurant/cocktailbar/nightclub, and last month I made the step up to be a general manager at a different restaurant closer to home.Now my question is as follows: I understand that any management position qualifies under a TEER 0, so I guess I’m lucky with that. However, even though my management experience technically is over a year, I don’t have the fulltime experience (or legal documents to prove my management position in Greece). Is it best to wait with applying until november 1st, so that I have exactly one “fulltime” year of experience? And do I need references? My past employer made six managers quit within half a year, so references aren’t really an option for that specific employer.And as for my second question: how are my chances on a visa, realistically speaking? And how long after applying should I expect to get one, if I am deemed qualified enough? I’ve heard you need a visa before they will even consider giving you a job offer. Is this true? Because the extra points for the job offer will boost me tremendously in the visa application.I just started my new job, and with my 7 month contract, I would be able to leave this job at the 30th of November. I want to give it my all on this job so that I will have a good reference in the end, but at the same time I want to start making moves so that - whenever my contract ends - I will hopefully be close to moving.Thank you for reading! Thank you very much, it sure does. From a personal standpoint, would you suggest that I start applying now? Or would you suggest applying whenever I have my year of fulltime experience (November 1st). My doubt is basically that my contract will end Nov 30 and I imagine it’ll take a lot longer than 30 days to get a visa

Okay, understood! Thanks! Well I don’t know, since my 4 years of being a bar manager (although extremely part time) might at least tick off some months of “fulltime experience”, yet I don’t know how this works. But by the 1st of november I would have a full fulltime year for sure
