I spoke with the Breeder who initially agreed to the neuter and advised she would revise the contract. Instead she has been blowing up my phone - saying she will take him from me and going so far as to contact myVet and threaten them with legal action if they neuter my dog.

I don’t know. This is all very upsetting to me and I only want what is best for my dog.

It is OK. You don't need to show it to me.

When there is a contract if one of the parties breaches the contract then the consequences are that they will be sued for damages and they would likely lose.

This case may be slightly more optimistic for you than most cases because you have a professional indicating that the neutering is necessary. So why don't you consider having a lawyer sent her a letter threatening a lawsuit if she doesn't cease from harassing you and consent to this medically necessary procedure?
