Yes! Could you pease help me with CUAET visa program? Situation are not typical for ukranians: I have a polyamor relationship, my girlfriend now with in Germany, and our husband still in Ukraine and can't move from country. In my homeland marriage between woman and woman are not allow. So we don't have a prof of our relationship. How is better to have a visa?

I'm in searching of lawyer. For temporary moment asked only other refugees and typed some letters to volunteers organizations.

Maybe, it would be usefully: officially we divorced with my husband for getting to my girlfriend permanent resident of Ukraine. My (at that moment ex-husband) husband got married in my girlfriend and, in law, now we have so situation: I'm nobody to my husband and girlfriend, my girlfriend have a husband, he stay in Ukraine and can't go out until the war will end. I have no idea how to move to Canada with this case.

My name is Lesia and I have a question about CUAET visa program for ukranians.
I'm from Ukraine but on temporary moment lives in Dusseldorf, Germany. Arrived here on the end of March 2022, regestrired 1th April.
My case: I have polyamor relationship (have a boyfriend and girlfriend). My girlfriend are not from Ukraine, so I and my husband (on present moment moment ex-husband and just boyfriend) devorsed and he marrieged with my girlfriend for giving her a Temporary Resedentship of Ukraine. In Ukraine we don't have a law for polyamor relationship and relationship between woman and woman. So we has must done that.
Than the war began. I and my girlfriend move to Germany and our husband stay in Ukraine, because when in our law when it's war, no men from 18 to 60 can't accross the border.
Now I and my girlfrind planing to move to Canada. And I have a question: how is better to fill the documents?With thankful,

Based on your query, I do understand that this must be a difficult situation at the moment. You have mentioned that you are currently in Germany and registered your case. an you confirm whether you filed a refugee application in Germany and the current status of the application.

I am very grateful for your understanding. The situation is difficult, but I hope that with your help everything will be fine.
Like all Ukrainians, my girlfriend and I applied for a "paragraph 24" permit, which allows us to live, work, and study in Germany.
I had a job at the university, but my contract expired in mid-October.

Ok! And if we choose CUAET program, how is better to do this? I and my girlfriend fill out documents like a "family goup" or sipareted from each other like "single"? Or better fill out document for me like for "single" and my girlfriend fill out like "family group" and attach document witch proof that she is marrieged? And should our husband pass biometry?Other one, if we choose "discrimination" way, how is better to do?

There is no better. only options. If you have been in a relationship for at least a year, you may fill out the form as a family and attach all proof based on what you have stated in the application regardless of whether the husband will be applying alongside.

If you decide to go with a refugee application on the basis of discrimination, you will have to go through the process as stated in the resources as included above which is either through Sponsorship by an International NGO or community sponsorship since you will be applying out of the country.

I'm very exuse, one more question. Because I'm very worry about visa.
So, if I undestood correct.
Steps for my girlfriend for geting a visa:
1. Apply for group visa ("family group") or individual visa (and there just point out information about husband)?
2. Fill the form for her.
3. Fill the form for her husband.
4. Attach sertificate about marriage.
5. Say "yes" for biometry.
6. Skip "yes" biometry for husband(?) (because he can't go and pass biometry).Everything is correct?

Yes. That is correct but may I ask why you believe the husband will not pass Biometry? If the husband will be coming to Canada with both you, it may be difficult to skip Biometry.

Unfortunately, at the moment the situation in Ukraine is difficult and our husband cannot cross the border of the region, because then he will receive a document for compulsory military service and will be forced to go to the front. He will die there, and we would definitely not want that.
Biometrics for a visa can only be done in big cities, and to go to a big city, you need to cross the border of the region. That is why we are very interested in the issue of biometrics.
