My computer shut down and I could not continue. My issue is
My issue is that after the tornado in Ottawa, ON, on Sept 21st, 2018, I consulted a contractor for my house siding that got damaged by the natural disaster. I signed a contract with the specific before the insurance advised me that it does not give me the money for the entire house, but only for the damaged pieces. My question is related to the contract and how am I getting out of it without being penalized by the contractor. Since the insurance company is not providing me with the funds, I am not in the condition to continue with this contract. In the meantime, I would like to mention that the contractor did not provide me with the conditions and did not allow me to read what it is included in his contract cancelation, if it would be the case.
