Hi my friend was depressed she gave her puppy away because of everything going on with her life. she could see her family because she’s not vaccinated. because she’s a new owner she thought she has to be with him all the time, so when she goes to work he’s going to be lonely for 9 hours so she felt bad the dog had to be by himself, but she was hesitant to give him up when the buyer was there. the buyer which was a lady said she takes the dog to work and her work is 2mins away from my friends apartment, so the buyer lady said she can bring him to visit regularly my friend . A day after my friend realized she was not in a good state of Mind when she gave the puppy which she raised from 12 weeks to 5.5months. but she said the buyer promised to bring him to visit now she’s severely depressed because she reach to the buyer to after two days asked to see the dog and the buyer is not replying there’s no legal documentation because my friend was depressed at the time she gave the puppy away is there a legal way she can take the puppy back?
