Isn't a leave of absence something an employee themself asks for? Is it in effect a lay-off? Is it against an employee's human rights and privacy to insist they disclose vaccination status? Is forced vaccination legal? Bill S-201 ? GNA law of 2017 ? • Employee with 24 years employment, clean record, excellent attendance, no reprimands, lead hand, very organized and smooth running of area employed in. • The government did not mandate private business MUST be vaccinated so how can a warehouse company legally mandate it? • Should they have to pay severance for what is in effect a layoff with no intention of recall UNLESS vaccinated • Approx 30 other workers called in numerous times to enquire if they are going to comply with vaccination yet I was only called in for first notice (verbal) and then the final notice when handed the unpaid leave of absence letter • Dan Munro was nasty and combative when pushing for vaccination with the employees with one on one meetings in all cases. • CCS is violating the law by requesting we be vaccinated as a term of our employment – in Canada this is completely ILLEGAL • GNA law of 2017 formerly known as Bill S-201 – law requiring you to submit to testing on a regular basis QUESTIONS FOR CONESTOGA COLD STORAGE: (in writing ?) • Are there any of the vaccines that are approved for clinical use? If so what are they ? • Can you provide me with a detailed list of adverse reactions, deaths, and other risks of injury that are required in order for me to have informed consent? • Since the vaccine manufacturers are indemnified from liability it there is injury, death, or long or short-term adverse reactions are you willing to accept liability? Can I present them with a “VACCINE NOTICE OF LIABILITY” form to protect my right of refusal Do I have a case for severance for wrongful dismissal if they refuse to sign the liability form? REASONS AGAINST: • Other co-workers collapsed immediately after receiving it • Worker having multiple seizures while at work • Neighbour having seizures since vaccination, doctor doesn't know why o 72yr old, lives alone, dependant on friends for assistance regularly o She's becoming unable to function normally o Communication is scrambled o Memory is limited • Another employee's mother got shot and can't move arms now, doctor can't explain • Another mother-in-law having seizures (in 60's) right after vaccine • Some employees not getting 2nd shot but they aren't being put on leave to our knowledge nor being questions about it NOT A FEDERAL OR PROVINCIAL COMPANY, NO REASON FOR THIS EXTREME !
