My son was accused...

My son was accused by another student of threatening him last April,the school did a violent assessment of my son and expelled him from school .Know this school season my son is still under what they call vitro after the fact the student admitted to my son’s friends at a skate park it was all a lie and then proceeded to assault my in my son’s self defence he injured the other student and put him in the hospital , RCMP were involved about to push charges against my son then someone released a video of my son actually defending himself and all charges were dropped and nothing of the student who was actually the criminal.

No I haven’t we don’t know what to do Yellowhead County School division needs to pay for the emotional damage of my son right know he’s in a special school for violent kids by himself with 2 teachers last Friday they barred him in a room totally by himself the the principal who forced the vitro last school season showed up with a RCMP officer to check out the room they barred my son in.

I am sorry to hear of this difficult situation.

Are you saying that the school was shown the video that made it clear your son was defending himself and at the RCMP absolved him of all concerns but still they are treating your son this way?

The assault actually happened around 3 weeks after my son was expelledfrom the beginning my son Grant was accused by student Alex who said to the school office Grant had threatened to beat Alex up in the woods after school this was a Friday afternoon mid April 2020 . Following Monday morning Grant returning to school was told of his threatening accusations and was barred in a room for the remainder of week until Friday when the school gave Grants Mom the letter saying Grant just went through vitro and he was expelled from school and Grant ,Myself and My with Kyra were no longer permitted on school property Grant is an Emotional and Physical Threat to the students and staff of Pinegrove middle school.with the Vitro served to us Grant had to do online learning the remaining of the season for his grade 8 . Around 3 weeks into this the boy Alex showed up at the skate park looking for Grant then openly admitted to some other boys we know that everything was a lie he wanted to get Grant in trouble for not liking homosexuals and that he was going to kill Grant . Grant said from know we’re a ice cream hit him in the chest and was then tackled down and beaten by Alex , Grant managed to overcome his attacker in his defence putting Alex in the hospital. So long story short RCMP was charging Grant until someone released a video to the RCMP then all charges against Grant were dropped. Meanwhile know Grant is still having to go through vitro process of working his way to get back into the school system because the school board is still considering Grant a Emotional and Physical threatening.

So are you saying that your son was treated this way even before the fight because the student Alex lied about him and now Alex is admitting this to others?

They claimed my son is a bully who also was acting out in class when he was the person actually being pursued by a self proclaimed homosexual predator bully making Grant scared and defensive.that’s correct but know one will listen to Grants story, Grant kept everything from me and his mom what kid wants to admit there being bullied by a homosexual bully

If no one believes Grant why don't you require the school to speak to these witnesses who are now saying that Alex lied and admitted it?

But I think that no one's going to listen to any of you without you bringing in a lawyer.

The lawyer can threaten a lawsuit and I suspect that will get all the appropriate parties to listen to what actually happened and exonerate your son and release him from this program.
