Air Canada changed their rules concerning psychological

What did Air Canada tell you exactly?

Did they say that if this was a service animal instead of a support animal the situation would be different?

So what you need to do is you need to get a document that says that your animal is a service animal. Then your animal can sit at your feet and does not have to be in a bag.

Also, if you are legally blind you just have to prove that you are a Canadian National Institute for the Blind cardholder.

She have to email the form to the air canada accommodations people about your flight and explain that you have a psychiatric service animal who is trained to sit on your lap to calm you down.

Either this is going to be a psychiatric service animal or a service animal because you are blind and then you can be OK. It is no longer OK if your dog is only considered to be an emotional support animal.
