As a salaried employee, you are entitled to be paid for the number of hours you work. Any time worked over 44 hours a week, is considered overtime. If you have a work week where one of the days is a holiday, you are not considered working on that day as it is a holiday. Therefore, the hours you work during the rest of that week are calculated as they normally would be.
Therefore, if you work on Saturday, you will have worked a total of 40 hours and so should be paid for 40 hours of work.
