My boss has done a series of faux pas that have me questioning if she is forcing me to quit. The lecturing about things out of my control, cutting my hours with 0 minutes notice (I arrive and I’m told I didn’t do enough to make the day busy enough for me to work); I work 10-12 hours without a break, because she constantly nags about how things are a waste of my time; I went from driving the office (she barely make $1000 in an 8 hour day when I arrived, I bumped that to $5000 when she is in and $1000 when she isn’t); the part time receptionist now works over 40 hours a week and I sit at home; she has threatened not to make payroll for august 11 (her expect words “you didn’t do enough to warrant me having to people, just stay home”); if I stay home, how do I drive the clinic to “earn these hours? I’m not allow to eat in there my food is ridicukes( meanwhile she and her friend can eat sushi and curry and I’m starving); she constantly threatens to take my cell phone that I use as a calculator; tells me continually I’m not productive: has accused me of being high at work while I worked in extreme agony. I shouldn’t be subjected to this behavior. I want my pay and I want out. But EI says I can’t quit and collect. The longer I stay the less hours a week I get, which will completely affect me when she finally decides to fire me i need help in the worst way
