You should call the courthouse in the morning and indicate that you need an emergency hearing because your children's mother is planning to takeoff with the children during a pandemic against the lockdown orders and you fear for their safety. You very well may be able to have a telephone hearing even tomorrow afternoon where you will be granted interim sole custody so you can stop her from taking the children.
