I have a restraining order against the landlords until this upcoming Friday at 10am for full Civil Court to extend the restraining order until August 31 2020. Then I'll desolve the lease, hope fully get our damage deposit that they intend to keep and we have never occurred any damages but have done lots of renovation with permission at our expense. Our lease states that we need to keep our back yard in good order but the took the hose, mower and weed wacker. We own a private push mower. That would give them the right to termnate our lease. All we need is to have the peace to ,over out freely without major construction in our storage room, laundry room, bathroom, furnace with out take vent goes directly to our small living room which is my toddlers only safe zone. We had to move everything they requested which was a lot into our son's room so he co-sleep's with us until we get possession of the condo. All I need to know is how to desolve the lease, get compensation and our damage deposit that they are withholding. … read more
