I have spoken to the broker at the beginning stages of when the accident occurred it was in March 9th. He said he wasn't aware that my daughter was in Hamilton, but he was aware. I told him that and she has been listed there before. She is listed as the operator of that vehicle on the policy. She went to college in Hamilton and lives there. I had to give them her drivers license which shows her address on it, and told him. I'm not sure if it is the broker's mistake or what is going on, no one has informed me. The broker said they are investigating but he and the adjuster did not foresee a problem. That was 2 weeks ago.The adjuster called and said an under writer will be calling with some questions. I have asked what the problem is or what they are investigating. No one has answered me. Adjuster said they will ask where the car is driven and where it is parked and whatever else they may ask. My day is listed as the operator with all her details so that she can drive the car.I have been staying with her at her place in Stoney Creek for a couple months while I'm recovering from a major surgery, I live alone and require care and it's closer to the Hospital in Toronto. She was driving the vehicle, and she is covered to drive it. I think they are investigating because the rates are different in Hamilton then in Gravenhurst, but they have her listed, they have her licence and her address. The broker is saying he didn't know. He did know. He said the policy price was for my daughter as operator, accident forgiveness included, collision, Hamilton rated.Can someone call me please as part of the free phone call with a lawyer? My car is sitting at a body shop, it's now 17 days. If the Ins doesn't go through I'm stuck with the repairs, the tow bill and storage of almost 3 weeks while I wait to hear from them. I waited for an adjuster to appraise the damage which took a week, now waiting for approval while the costs are piling up. I pay for proper coverage.

She finished school in Hamilton and lives in Stoney Creek permanently. She comes home on many weekends all year, Xmas, March Break, and most of the summer. She just landed her first full time job since college in Feb/21. She works in a school so she has that time off. With covid she has been working from home a lot which can be my house or hers.She had not lived with me permanently for several years and the Insurance company was given that info with her address, which is on her drivers lic, which had to be submitted for the insurance policy. They were made aware.

Also, the adjuster told me he thinks it was an oversight on the broker and that management was investigating, they would let the adjuster know. Now he's saying an underwriter is working on it and will be contacting me- that was a week ago.
