I am common law - moved in Sept 2015 and left Jan 16, 2017. during that time was asked to not work out of the home and help to build a business. I used my own money to help support the household, although never paid for mtg. We reconciled May 2017 and have been living together since. During my absence, I have discovered he proposed to a woman April 9 2017 - he proposed to me when we reconciled May 9th 2017. We rented out the house in kelowna that we lived in June 2017. As the house was in his ad his ex's name, he agreed to rent it out and rent us something else to start our 'own.' I have now discovered he has an online presence, and have the phone number of someone he was seeing. I am prepared to leave, but before doing so, want to have all the information I NEED. I gave up a job offer that would have yielded a base salary with variable comp in December of 2015. As I said, used my savings to support myself. Went back to work in Oct 2017 as a result of savings depleted, and the company that I was promised ownership in - *not yet off the ground* and documentation never changed.
