Sentrimax is coming back and offering me great things with two special accounts, but based on my contacts within the industry I have been to verify that it is all fabricated,..It is my fear that they will simply take me back, set me up to fail again and ruin my chances at earning a living with Allied,..non union, business development rolePosition as Business Development ManagerI do have a letter from my doc advising me to take stress leave due to moderate to high stress, with no short term disability included in my benefits, simply could not afford to take the time offat any rate, given that both companies have the same customer base, I believe it would be impossible for Sentrimax to actually have provable damages because of my knowledge. They only allowed me to go after new business and I never was able to establish any real relationships with their established customersthey laid me off Jan13th with one weeks notice and pay, no benefits, took away the phone and laptop, changed my linked password, etc, cut me off from everything and just expected me to wait,.. As soon as they learned that I had found another job, there were threats of legal action both against me and my new Employer, then promises of great things if I came back,.. Ahh I just want them to go away

The Employee hereby covenants and agrees with the Corporation that he shall not at any
time while employed and, provided that the Employee remains employed with the
Corporation for at least a period of one (1) year, for a period of twelve (12) month period
following the date employment under this Agreement is terminated (exclusive of any period
of non-compliance or breach), within the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and
Saskatchewan (the “Territory”), individually or in partnership, or in conjunction with any
other person or entity, as principal, agent, shareholder, director, employee, lender,
guarantor, consultant or in any other manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly be employed
or engaged in, assist with, concerned with, or otherwise interested in, the operation of a
business in direct competition with the business of the Corporation with relation to
centrifuge repair (the “Restricted Business”); or provide financial support by way of loan or
guarantee or otherwise, or permit his name or any part thereof to be used or employed by a
Restricted Business or by any person or entity in connection with the operation of a
Restricted Business without the prior written consent of the Corporation, which consent may
be withheld for any reason in its sole and unfettered discretion.

I did take a full 6 weeks off in between companies
