I am looking for some guidance on filling out an EICC case…

HelloI can just type my questions if you are okay with that.

My first question is regarding child support. I have been paying child support as I considered myself able since 2014. As I was able I increased the amount without any request from him. For example, when I finished paying off my student loan I increased my child support payments by $200/month. In 2014 he had sent me some documents for child support and I obtained a lawyer at the time. The lawyer emailed and phoned his lawyer and we never got a response. In 2016 he brought it up in court and then never mentioned it again and it was never discussed. Then in 2017 he had a lawyer who requested my financial information which I provided and I never heard from either of them regarding changing payments.Now he wants to discuss child support again and is requesting retroactive pay.I am estimating his income at $39,000 (I looked up on Indeed what his job pays) and mine is $69,000. I currently pay $300/month directly to him, $312.50 to daycare and $75 for Taekwondo.
The documents for EICC say I have to make write an offer to settle. I have an email from him that my portion of daycare is the amount I am paying and I believe I am paying enough for child support. I am thinking to offer to pay retroactive $3600 for my portion of last years daycare fees. 20182019 I paid him $600/month when he had primary custody. I was thinking the $3600 would be a reasonable offer

we are on a one week rotationThis was granted by the Court of Queens in December that we change to 50/50. Now, he is asking the court to reverse to a 2017 order in which I had our son on alternating weekends and once during the week for dinner. He says it is because or son has behaviour problems and he wants a lawyer assigned to our sonI am not willing to make a settlement offer on anything other than the 50/50 custody order we currently have. I am also hesitant to let my son go through having to talk to a lawyerRegarding a lawyer for Odin (my son), the provincial court made an order for him to obtain a lawyer for Odin through Legal Aide. He didn't do it. Then, he requested it at the end of 2019 and the judge for Court of Queens denied it saying he was too young.

what is the $108,000? So, daycare is $625/month so I should be paying $400. I was thinking of offering that amount anywayWould it be reasonable then to offer the $3600 or would I be better to leave it out?

Ok, thank you. I am hoping you can also clarify the rules for determining common law status. He moved into my house in September 2009 as he wasn't working and needed somewhere to live. Would we become common law in 2010 (one year after he moved in?), when I became pregnant with our son at the end of 2010 or when our son was born in Aug 2011?We split Sept 2012

Ok. Do you have an opinion on how likely it is if a judge will grant his request to go back 4 years? Our last judge granted the current order because he was repeatedly lying and trying to delay by asking for something new each time we were in court. She said he was wasting the courts time.I am worried what it will do to him to be granted the 50/50 with his siblings here and then have that taken away less than a year later.We also did slowly increase time until it was at 50/50
