We thank you for continuing the immigration process with Canadian Visa Expert and confirm that you have instructed us to proceed to Stage 1 of the process (Application Preparation Stage), in which our authorized immigration consultants that we work with will review copies of all of the relevant documents required to verify your eligibility to apply for the FSWP through the Express Entry Canadian immigration system. They will also guide you in having your English and/or French language skills evaluated and obtaining your Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).Following successful completion of this first important stage, Stage 2 (Express Entry Stage) of the Canadian immigration procedure will involve the accurate preparation and proper submission of your Express Entry profile. The Express Entry profile contains your relevant details and officially informs the Canadian government that you want to apply for a Permanent Resident (PR) Visa to Canada through the FSWP. When your Express Entry profile is submitted, you should also apply for the Canadian Job Bank so that employers and provinces in Canada who are seeking skilled foreign workers in your occupation will be able to review your details. After your Express Entry profile has been submitted, a Canadian government official will review your details and if they assess that you seem to meet the requirements to apply for the FSWP, they may then move you into the pool of potential immigration candidates. In order to leave the pool of candidates, you must receive an official Invitation to Apply (ITA) for the PR Visa to Canada from the Canadian government. Our immigration consultants that we work with will then have 60 days to submit your Canadian PR Visa Application and all of the necessary documents, plus pay any required governmental or related fees, so your cooperation will be needed. A decision regarding your PR Visa Application should then be received within six months of the date that your complete PR Visa Application and necessary fees are submitted. As we discussed, a separate fee is required for each of these two stages. For this first stage of the Canadian immigration procedure, we are requesting that you send us PDF copies of several documents required to verify your eligibility to apply for the FSWP. Some of these documents you may already have (e.g., your birth certificate, diplomas/degrees, etc.) and others you will need to take certain steps in order to obtain the necessary documents: for example, evaluation of your English and/or French language abilities; letters of recommendation from employers; assessment of your educational credentials; requesting official educational transcripts; etc.All of the PDF copies of documents that you send us must be in either English or French. If any of your documents are not in one of these two official Canadian languages, you will need to also send with them an English translation done by a professional translator who is a member of a recognized organization of professional translators and the translated document should also be notarized in the presence of the translator. Please send a PDF copy of the original document with the notarized English translation of the document attached in the same PDF file so they are together.IMPORTANT NOTE - DO NOT SEND TO US ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS OR ASK THIRD PARTIES TO FORWARD YOUR DOCUMENTS TO OUR ADDRESS.Please send us PDF copies of the following documents as soon as possible, noting that we may ask you to submit additional documentation at a later stage of the process:1. IELTS (General Exam Only) and/or TEF Exam Results:A key requirement for immigration to Canada is to have acceptable language skills in English and/or French. Therefore, it is important for you to prepare for and take the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam (General Training option) to assess your English language abilities and/or the Test dEvaluation de Francais (TEF) to evaluate your French language skills and then send us a PDF copy of the exam results. If you have a spouse/partner, they should also prepare for and take the IELTS and/or TEF so that you may possibly receive points for the Adaptability factor. A minimum score of 6.0 is required in each skill section (i.e., speaking, listening, reading and writing) of the IELTS General Training exam to meet the minimum language eligibility threshold of CLB 7 (Canadian Language Benchmark 7), which could result in 16 points being assigned in this points-based Canadian immigration program. If you receive a CLB Level score of 8 on the IELTS, you could receive 20 points, while a CLB Level score of 9 or above on the IELTS could result in 24 points being granted. Thus, it is recommended to try to obtain the highest score possible to maximize your point potential.
