I am sorry to hear of this difficult situation.
Is the wall and fence on the property line?
I don't think it's a photo that will help.
What you need is a survey to show you where the property line is.
If the fence or wall are on the property line in most cases you would both own the fence and wall and both would be liable for their repairs.
If they are on the neighbour's property they are liable for the repairs.
And also, just so you understand they are responsible for making sure their property doesn't harm yours.
