I was terminated after I filled WCB for 2 Forklift near

It is not that an employer cannot dismiss you after you have filed a WCB claim but they cannot dismiss you because you filed a WCB claim as that is unlawful.

So this would be a case a wrongful dismissal. You are able to sue the employer for damages. The damages would depend partially on how long you worked for the employer, and on the position you've held but at the same time it based on the terrible treatment you have received including the sexual harassment and the dismissal when you simply filed a claim after being harmed so your level of damages would be higher.
