My roommates and I have a situation, we were under the
My roommates and I have a situation, we were under the impression by our landlord that we would only have to give 30 days notice to terminate our lease. We are in a contract technically but in our lease agreement it does not state any penalties for terminating early. Now we have signed new leases for Feb 1st, and if they do not find someone to take our lease over by then we are expected to pay rent at both places- which my roommates nor I can afford.
