The landlord and previous superintendent are very bully towards me , there also was a private note from parking law officer that says " this is outgoing issue and that I'm aggressive. I'm not sure if was the landlord or previous superintendent that says such a thing. This is Absolutely not true. I received a ticket on Saturday and on Sunday I have a message from the landlord that says "this is your last warning not to park on the lines " the parking lines were also painted on Friday so that was my first warning so on the parking ticket it says that something is not true and also the accusation that I am aggressive . Parking lines were painted 3 days prior to the ticket. This parking spot right next to our was not rented at all, was actually created. I was a superintendent here and I was never allowed to consider this as a parking spot I'll send pic.
And that this is ongoing issue - I have a message from owner that send me next day on Sunday oct 6 that says " this is Your last warning about parking on the line " I have had no choice because the line on my parking spot it is not straight.
The landlord didn't even know that the ticket was already on my windshield, I didn't know either. I have find out 30 min after the messages to the landlord.
And " the owner is also known to be aggressive " where this is came from??? I have no idea I have never seen officer Lockman in my life , must be the previous superintendent said such a horrible accusation about mehere is the parking spot # 16 was created it wasn't rented, it's never been considered as a parking spot for rent

i did fight the ticket. I lost I have to pay. Law enforcement officer lied in the court it was very clear he didn't have any proof I had a all picture , text messages, everything. he just said that he spoke to the landlord and I still have to pay even though is the wrong address even though I pay for renting my parking spot. It is not about the $25 ticket. It's about how they treated me in the court and lies and it was very clear they abusing they positions. There is any place that I can go for them to review the ticket to review the case again if it's possible like thatI've been through with the landlord to the court already the judge said to me that we will meet again in the court because the landlord has a problem. No landlord should treat it tenants like that. With the landlord the only thing is to apply to the courtI just don't understand why I lost it I asked him three times what's the violation and they never tell me and I still have to pay the ticket
