VerifiedUnfortunately there is not much I can do as whatever the judge's sentence was, that is what applies. Neither I nor the Crown nor he can change that. The most you can do is call police to ask them to come by every so often to ensure you are safe, or more likely, call if you see he is coming to you or otherwise breaching any of his conditions. Beyond that unfortunately there is little that can be done.
It would be dangerous to let him in the next door unit as he could incidentally have contact with the complainant and thus may get arrested, even from just his inadvertence. It is generally safest to avoid potential contact if at all necessary.
