I am sorry to hear of this difficult situation.
It is really not likely that your boyfriend can gain admission to Canada at all right now and if fact likely cannot at least until 5 years has passed since his entire sentence as been completed.
Someone visitors who are not otherwise admissible can gain admission under exceptional circumstances but I don't see that working in this case There are 4 convictions and he has not even paid off the fine for the last one let alone completed probation.
