Hello I have a question related to immigration is it the right place to ask?

Lawyer's Assistant: What steps have you taken? Have you filed any paperwork with the government?

Yes its in early stages through the express entry system

Lawyer's Assistant: Have you talked to a lawyer about this?

No not yet I need some clarification on a point in the process which I need to ask I think to an immigration lawyer

Lawyer's Assistant: The Immigration Lawyer will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?

Just need to make sure the lawyer is aware about the express entry system so he can guide me

1) I created an express entry profile during June 2019, right now my CRS score is 442
2) On August 15th I was invited to apply for Ontario province through their nomination as my current Job is in demand in the province
3) I had 45 days to confirm this invitation and apply with all my documents, accordingly I have applied on their website on the 13th of September
4) They need 45-60days processing time to review and confirm the applications
5) If they confirm I will get 600 extra points to my Permanent residence application and will guarantee me an invitation to apply for the Canadian PR.
6) Now there is a twist here, my IELTS is valid until the 30th of september and the results validity on the file mentions date of 12/10/2019, which is 30 days after filling my application to Ontario. Remember their processing time is 45-60days.
7) So not wanting to take risk I have taken the exam again and now I have the new results but unfortunately my new results are not like my old results and now my CRS score has dropped from 442 to 379
8) So I am not sure what the outcome will be and I am confused on whether I need to take the IELTS again to get the same score of 442 or for Ontario PNP it will only matter that the IELTS new results are updated and the actual score drop wont matter at this stage.
Please let me know your feedback as I am very confused on this topic and need to make a decision with regards ***** *****
