VerifiedThe good news is that you likely will not have to plead guilty as the Crown will likely be offering Diversion. Diversion is where the Crown agrees to drop the charges against you provided you acknowledge responsibility for your actions, usually by performing some community service (i.e. 10 or so hours).
On Sept 4 you will see whether you are offered Diversion. Assuming you are, you can adjourn the matter a few weeks to allow you time to perform the community service hours, and when you return with proof of completion, the Crown would drop all the charges.

Assuming you receive Diversion as I indicted is quite likely, the charges would be withdrawn. As such, you would not have any criminal record or convictions to worry about since charges were dropped.
