VerifiedIf he agrees to pay half of the procedure and did not then you could sue him for that amount.
As for emotional distress, unless he intentionally and maliciously caused it eg by saying he was wearing a condom but lying, it is unlikely you'd be successful in recovering any compensation from him in a lawsuit for that.
