Then you have a good way to get some help.

First, your landlord cannot tell you who can visit or not. You can have your girlfriend over whenever you want for as long as you want. She can sleep there every night. This is your home. The landlord is breaching the law.

If you have the right to use the laundry as part of what you are paying for you cannot be stopped from doing this either.

I suggest you contact the landlord tenant board and then bring an application to the board:

She will be forced to stop treating you this way.
