I was a student in canada for 3 years before my study permit…

i was a student in canada for 3 years before my study permit expired. once my permit expired last year, i overstayed over days waiting to find a solution on how to renew my permit. the reason i could not renew my permit on time the first time was cause i had account holds at the university which barred me from getting the necessary documents to complete my application.I have since returned to my home country to try and re apply again for a study permit so that i can come back to canada and finish my studies. when i applied i got a rejection letter stating:Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit
application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet
the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and
Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.i would like to reapply and come back and finish school but am not sure how to address this concern. can anyone assist?
