Do you not have a lawyer representing you?
How much is the claim for?
You will at least need a lawyer or this claim will end up being dismissed.
There is no way your case would go ahead in your absence. That is impossible. You are the one making the arguments, calling the witnesses, cross examining the other side's witnesses etc.
There is a lot of money at stake and if you lose you will get stuck with their legal fees.
