I am being harassed by the RCMP I think it’s a case of mistaken identity but they have said things that are not true to my children’s school and to the ministry of children and families and even my landlord!!!!

Lawyer's Assistant: What steps have you taken so far?

I believe it started because I moved in beside a police officer and before I moved in we spent a month doing renovations on the house I painted and was paid by my landlord to do so. There was a few young guys doing the construction but I don’t really know them and I think one has been in trouble before. I have NO criminal record but I do work from home so the RCMP officer does not see me go to work I have a computer based vitamin company I work for and I am an author (although my pen is different from my real name) as well as I collect a pension from work safe. He has sent his colleagues here to harass me and told my landlord and the ministry I sell drugs and have traffic here but I do not! I have 2 friends I visit with but I have 2 teenagers and my dad live with me. I have not done anything yet I don’t know what to do?

I thought of bringing over my financials but one friend said it’s none of his business the other friend said to contact the IIO they govern the RCMP because she knows the previous owners of this house and they sold it for that same reason. It is now effecting my children because not only have some kids said stuff but the vice principal of my daughters high school told her best friend to stay away from her she comes from a bad family. Which I don’t understand I worked with the disabled for many years and I have NEVER been in trouble with the law and my daughter is a good girl she gets good grades and has never even dated a boy and she is 15. My son is 17 with good grades and a head on his shoulders. He is complete his grade 12 this year and he is only in grade 11 so he is taking his first year automotive next year for grade 12 plus he has a good job at Safeway. Now do they sound like kids raised by a drug dealer? I don’t care what people say or do to me but this is effecting my children and that is where I draw the line. Sorry I am very frustrated. Oh and did I mention I published a book a year ago which is another source of income.
