I suggest you call the dealer and tell them you are shocked to learn of this material misrepresentation. You can say you are actually thinking this is fraud.

You can say you want a full refund immediately or else that you want a substantial reimbursement of the cost.

You can threaten a lawsuit.

And then if necessary you can sue. The value of the car will determine what court to sue in.

You should find out what the cost of this car would be with the extra kilometers on it. That is what you would have to do if you end up in Court.

What you could do is have a lawyer send them a demand letter threatening a lawsuit.

You can then self-represent if the won't comply with the demands as you can sue for up to $25,000 in Small Claims Court.

You can certainly try that and see if they agree.

The court would want to put you in the position you should be in had this not happened.
