Have given her the N5, which she would not receive, and just laughed at that saying that doesn t mean anything. Have asked her to leave, and she e-mailed me back saying she will send a L2 insisting the repairs be made because of health reasons. I have had 2 very skilled repair men go in and they both told me to get the tenant out and then they will do the repairs for me. This apartment was in excellent condition when she moved in, and now the bathroom floor needs re in stalling, She has clothes and everything over all of the floors, and the dog poops and it is ;not picked up
