Brother had mother sign a power of attorney, she does not read or speak English proficiently and now he controls her and her finances, He made a joint bank account with mother and likely done right of survivorship. He has isolated mom from 5 siblings and makes it really hard for them to visit . He attempts to discredit everyone except he and another brother who have made themselves her caregiver as she inherited a home from another late brother. POA sold her home and they only have a few months left for closing date and he is very secretive about whether he has found a home or not. He wiil never place my mom in a home for seniors because he worries that he wont have control over her finances. He is really crooked and I dont know what to do i cannot afford court costs .
