Is this going to bother anything with US visa Administrative Processing if im going to apply for ETA to canada
Customer reply replied 10 days ago
Does Usa Immigration law has anything to do together with canadian immigration

Canada Immigration is separate but we do share information in terms of criminal records.

You are admissible to Canada as a visitor as all your charges were dismissed and you can prove that if questioned at the border so there should not be any concern.

Please feel free to post back with any follow-up questions you may have. If you don't have any then I hope I have earned a 5 star rating but if you don't feel that I have please don't hesitate to reply back and let me know what more I can do to assist you. Finally, please know that even after you rate me I will be here for you and you can ask follow-up questions if you think of them later on at no further charge of course.

last question if canada is going to have problem that i was visiting canada 14 years ago and left illegaly to Usa

If Canada learns you overstayed in the US you possibly won't be admitted.

I don't know if they would know that however. I don't see how they could.

if they ask me were i left from canada i should say i went to Us without checking on the border.?

Just say you went to the US.

I don't know why they would ask you about that at all.

I need assistance since I have a booked and paid trip to Vancouver next month of August. However I just read that having a DWI record could restrain me from coming in. When I was arrested in the states I had a Tourist Visa. However instead of deporting me they sentenced me to a 1 and a half years of probation. Which only included some classes and a monthly visit to my probation officer. He also instructed me to not visit him the last month and that he would take care of all the paperwork and that I was free to go back to Mexico. The paperwork was almost impossible to get back once in Mexico and haven't been able to since then. Over 10 years have passed, Ive been living and working in Mexico since that time. I have a steady job and no issues whatsoever with the Law of any kind.I really need your help to straighten this out, I need to be able to travel with no problems, … read more
