Are you asking about adding your spouse to your study permit?
The process is that you apply to vary your status by applying to have him part of the study permit. He is then entitled to a work permit (which you apply for that will extend for as long as your study permit lasts).
You have to complete the application form, Application to Change Conditions, Extend My Stay, or Remain in Canada (IMM1249). You will need a marriage certificate or proof of common law status.
