I am happy to answer your question but I noticed that you asked about the costs of using this site.
Did you find out what you have been charged?

She had the right to follow you briefly in public and take a photo of your or your licence plate.
There is no right to privacy when you are out in the public.
But she had no right to harass you or humiliate you or embarrass you.
It is not an offence to do what she did but if she called you a thief in front of others this would be defamation and grounds to sue for damages.

I worked for the same company for 4 seasons. It is seasonal work. I love working there. We do contract work at hatcheries around the Atlantic provinces vaccinating baby salmon. Last fall my lead hand at the time told the boss that I stole a half kilo of TMS. A drug that puts the salmon asleep on the table. Note we have a crew of 5 to 6 around a table and we talk. I mentioned that I was at the store and someone approached me to see if I could get my hands on it. I didn't take the q Reston serious and would never take it serious. A month after this happened. The lead hand took it upon herself to say I was stealing and actually stole .5 kilos. I was rushed up to the office to take a CB phone call. Didn't know what this was about and was terrified that something happened to my son. Turns out it my the CB owner and my boss Her along with Sherry(lead). Proceeded to accuse me of this deed. We are said I didn't have an idea what was going on. The owner, trrri, was mean and terrifying. I asked to bring the cots in due to the seriousness of the charges. And was told that they would be coming. This was a lie. My co workers were told not to talk with me and they didn't. I was scared to death.
