I have problems with my wife that I sponsored her one and half years ago. She came from Cuba.

I sponsored my wife to come from Cuba like permanent resident of Canada with her 7 years old sun. She lended here 1 of September 2016. We have pretty good relationships until beginning of the June this year. I soo that something going on with her. I followed her and see her with another guy in his car. When I figured out and tell her by phone that she came with him in my apartment and took out most of her stuff. That was happening on June 27, 2018 for the time when I’m out.She move out to place of her step Syster. I have lot of evidence for her cheating. Question for you:
What is Oporto depot her back to Cuba. She came hur conditionally (2years) like permanent resident?

Sorry I didn’t see your question. I think you are right. I will tell you only one things. I figured out that she has boyfriend in Cuba. That guy is probably doctor and he is going periodically to work in Venezuela. No soo long time ago I found in her passport visa for Venezuela. She had that visa already when I’m collecting documents for bring her to Canada. For Cuban people to go in Venezuela is not soo easy. Most of people that going there going on working visa like doctors or engineers. They are able to bring like visitors close family there. How she coot that one I don’t known. She was already married with me in that time more that two years.

There is no longer any such thing as a conditional permanent resident. They abolished this a while back.

But they will deport someone who is guilty of a sham marriage.

So yes, you can report her to CIC and if you can show evidence that she married you just for immigration purposes they will investigate her and possibly deport her.

I have pictures of that visa in her passport. Also I have some another evidence. Thank you . I already contact Immigration Canada. They got me e-mail address for contact them . Thank you for your help.
