VerifiedShe is wrong. If she was 21 sleeping with a 15 year old then that is Sexual Assault and Sexual Interference. In any event you can't provide consent to sexual activity on your son's behalf; that is clearly stated in the Criminal Code of Canada. Further, there is no statute of limitations. As such, what she is saying is totally incorrect. She, being 21, engaged in sexual activity with someone under 15, knowing the person was that age. She has therefore committed a criminal offence.
