You have to tell her the law which is clear.
She owes all the beneficiaries a fiduciary duty. She has a duty to treat all the beneficiaries the same.
If she doesn't adhere to the terms of the Will and fulfill her obligations and ensure she follows her duties she can be removed as executor.
