This appt. building was purchased by a new co. They want everyone out of the building in order to put their own people in. They will redo apts. and charge more rent to new hospital staff. They have been skulking me since early may/17. I smoke medical pot and they probably read my record that he smelled pot in the hallway, twice. From May and all through summer they continued skulking my patio smelling for pot. I think that one guy had a smoke detector. I came home at 10.30 pm and there were 2 guys leaning on the patio railing. They came into my appt. 2 times illegally, without my permission. 1 time he was intimidating me by continually stepping forward and forcing me to let him in. He said that upstairs had no heat and he had to check for air locks. I told him that I had no problems and upstairs has nothing to do with my appt. He pushed by me and I held my arms out so he had to go into the bedroom to check the valve was working. He sent his side kick into appt. to check if water was flowing through. When he came out of the bedroom, I was standing in the entrance way and he started this stepping towards me, expecting me to move so he could go into living room to smell for pot
