A few weeks ago, a group of friends and I went for a night out in the city. We drank, and had a lot of fun. 2 of my male friends + 1 girl (who really likes me) came back to a rented apartment. I wasn't giving this girl any attention, and she was being very provocative. She tried to grab my friend to cuddle with on a pull out couch she was laying on in the main area of the apartment (2 floor apartment). My friend became uncomfortable, and we both decided to go to bed upstairs. The other guy (guy #3) and this girl could be herd kissing from upstairs. It's a really small apartment, and noises flow freely throughout its entirety. So the kissing became really loud, and very disturbing. So I began to play music, and shout at them. I proceeded to go downstairs to see what was going on. I turned the lights on and both parties were fully clothed. Within 5 minutes, we hear them kissing again. My male friend who was sharing a bed with me was shocked. Like it was almost disrespectful, to be making out that loud. Soon, we herd moaning from the girl, but there was no loud noises that indicated they were having sex. We decided to try to sleep. 5-10 minutes after hearing the moaning. The girl comes upstairs. She jumped in between my friend and i, and she kept trying to spoon with us. At this point i fell asleep. 3-4 hours later, we all woke up and everyone left. Later that night, i receive a text message saying "YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE FOR ME, YOUR FRIEND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME, I BLACKED OUT". There were no indications of a struggle. When she came upstairs, she was talking to us and it didn't seem non consensual. To be kissing that loud, sounded like they were both into it.Anyways my question is, am i liable for what happened? I had no idea she was "black out" because she was eating food that we brought back and talking to us completely normal. She was acting so desperate that night and it scared me/turned me off. Hence why i slept fully clothed next to my buddy.Could i be sued?

What else could she do? I recently told her that we shouldn't be friends anymore. Everytime we have a conversation and i mention something, she would say something in reply that would make her seem like the perfect girl for me. It SCARED the living hell out of me. I am scared of this woman.

Everyone's 24+. She texts me on the regular all the time. She constantly seeks something from me. Even after she blamed me; she's asking me to hang out.Province is in BC. She's not blaming me for non consent. I was never alone with her. She thinks that I should of came and rescued her. Nothing sounded non censesual.

As you say, you didn't see any signs that anything non-consensual happened. In fact, the opposite. You weren't watching the whole time of course but was never any indication of anything untoward happening.

If she wants to make the allegation then she has to have some evidence. Her sworn word is some evidence, so if she wants to go to the police and swear out an information that she was sexually assaulted while unable to provide consent, you can't stop her from doing that. Then the police would contact the accused, and witnesses, to investigate.

However, it sounds to me like she's just trying to manipulate you. She loudly makes out with someone knowing you can hear? Trying to make you jealous.

You checked in on her but didn't intervene so she started moaning.

When you still did nothing, she crawled into bed with you.

When you didn't get rid of the other guy, she says that the friend took advantage of her.

It's pretty clear to me that she's trying manipulate you, make you feel responsible for her, and keep you involved in her drama. And it sounds like it usually works, since you still hang out with her and you say that there are times when you think she's perfect for you.

Don't worry about her suing you. Instead, I think you should just tell her that having her in your life causes too much drama and that you're done with it all.
