This answer was rated:

Holding a signed agreement for buying private equity shares I purchased 100,000 shares at 0.10$ in Dec. 2016 based on 3 payments of 2,500$ (Dec, Mar and Jun ) and 100 hours of work at 25$/h and an other 100,000 shares at 0.05$ in Feb 2017 paid completely. Also to be paid are a 10% commission on a sale later make and totaling 750$. Further to having completed the 100 hours plus an other 21 hours at a hourly rate of 50$/h (increase offered by the CEO) I was offered a buyback from the CEO and after verbally accepting he made a different offer alleging I did not perform on the work portion. Furthermore he changes the hourly rate and mix two (2) lots of shares. In all the emails communications he contradict himself as he was complimenting me in many emails. Should I reply to the offer, what should l reply and what is the legal delay to reply. Finally is he liable for breach of contract and for tarnishing my reputation?
