Party A has to wait for Party C in an agreement with Party.

Party A has to wait for Party C in an agreement with Party B. During the wait Party B imposes a restriction that Party A has to stay still until Time D. What about if Party C arrives before Time D?

Hello! My name is Debra (formerly known as Legal Ease). Thank you for your question. I'm reviewing it now, and will post back again shortly.

The agreement as you described it just isn't clear. There is no answer that is a certain answer with just this wording.

If the agreement were worded properly it would use wording that would cover this type of situation.

Well suppose in its pure original form the agreement ended when Party C showed up or Party A stopped waiting, what then?

Then A would not have to stay still any more.
