I am sorry to hear this.

How much were they paying you since he died? When did the payments start?

Did they provide proof in terms of documentation as to how the amount was calculated?

When did they you were not receiving enough?

Did they raise the amount by what they say they owed you? Did the pay you a retroactive adjustment by way of a lump sum?

Did they provide documentary proof of their latest calculation?
