Did you get your questions relating to cost answered? I can see the question but not any answer when I see the conversation you first had with the site.
I don't want to go ahead if that was not yet answered. Rather I will ask customer service to get back to you. So please let me know.
I don't know how any of this works as I just log into the site the way you do and see a list of questions and choose which to answer.
I will ask customer service to get in touch with you and then if you are sure about the charges and OK reply back again and ask me to go ahead.
