Customer Question

If a woman is trying to get child and alimony support that is well warranted and a husband has tapes made of her getting angry that he wound her up about, all to avoid going to court, and then 10 years later, using his daughter to not see mom unless mom gives up going for the back support owing, which in court would reveal he owes significantly more and possibly tax evasion, would his actions be considered blackmail/extortion?

I am not quite sure of the facts.

Did he say if she goes for support he will show the tapes to someone so she was afraid to apply for support?
