My daughter is getting a divorce. Last week both clients and lawyers met with both lawers and a mediator. The mediator told my daughter that if her estranged husband is working and the children are to go to their mothers daycare and she will not recieve payment from her ex for the children. Is this normal

Just so I'm clear: is this about child support or father's contribution to those daycare costs?

How far apart are these parents? Is it a lot of time for father to bring the children to mother's preferred daycare?

Are the children primarily resident with the mother? Or with father? Or is it a 50/50?
