Hello, thank you for the question.

When did you separate?

What province are you in?

Is your ex obliged to provide you spousal or child support? If so, is that by court order or by a domestic contract?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
There is a legal separation with financial to pay child support but he had no money so nothing given. What I need is to be NOK to get death certificate, etcThanks

This is more of an estate question than a family law question. I'm going to opt out as your expert, I'm sure that another expert will pick up the thread. Please be patient.

I am happy to step in and help.

I am sorry for your loss.

Who told you that you need to be next of kin to get a death certificate? Who arranged the funeral? Who paid for it?

Are all your kids minors?
